Kennedy Heights Development Corporation is awarded $300,000 from Cincinnati Neighborhood Business Districts United and the Department of Community and Economic Development for the purchase and demolition of 6543 Montgomery. The former Spotlight Social Club has been most recently used to store used vehicles. KHDC plans to develop this entire corner, from Family Dollar to Kennedy Avenue, into Affordable Senior Housing, with partners Episcopal Retirements Services and Model Group.
